Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bysagecraft.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include your order number and a brief reason for the return so we can review your request.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item or part, please place a new order and return the incorrect item within 30 days for a refund (subject to our return eligibility and inspection).
3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in fair practices for both our customers and our business. The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined as follows:

Seller’s Responsibility (Defects/Errors):
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival), BysageCraft will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or refund the return shipping fee.
No restocking fee will be charged for eligible defects/errors. -
Buyer’s Responsibility (Change of Mind / Personal Reasons):
If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong style, or no longer want the item), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No restocking fees will be charged for any approved returns.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the following specifics for our products:

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Opened or Used Kits: DIY kits or products that have been opened, assembled, or used are not eligible for return or refund.

Other Goods: We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Third-Party Purchases: Only purchases made directly on bysagecraft.com are eligible for refunds. If you purchased our products from other websites or marketplaces, please contact the original seller directly.

6. Refunds & Processing Time
We want to ensure every return is handled with care.

Inspection Time:
Once your return is received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to inspect the item(s) and process your return. We will email you to notify you once this inspection is complete and inform you whether the refund was approved or rejected. -
Refund Processing:
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. -
Bank Posting Time:
Please remember it can take some time (usually 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
