At BysageCraft, we are dedicated to delivering our trendy toys and collectibles to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—such as during new product drops or holiday seasons—shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Order Changes and Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@bysagecraft.com.
We can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of the order being placed, as we process orders quickly. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to refer to our Refund Policy and process a standard return once the package is received.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.
5. Taxes
Taxes Collected at Checkout: BysageCraft does not collect local sales tax, VAT, or similar consumption taxes at the time of purchase. The price displayed on our website is the price of the goods only.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for self-declaring and remitting any applicable local sales tax, use tax, or other consumption taxes if required by their local laws.
6. Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging our toys to ensure they arrive in collector-grade condition. However, BysageCraft is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier.
If you received your order damaged, please follow these steps:

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Take clear photos of the damage.

Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Email us at info@bysagecraft.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you in the process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BysageCraft is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
